The Wellness & Joy Membership is all about intention, movement, & mindfulness. Our signature session includes movement & meditation. The movement will be anything from: HIIT, Full Body Workouts, Lower Body Strength, Upper Body Stretch, Core, Stretch, and Full Body Flows. Each session will start and/or end with a meditation.
We also offer a variety of holistic classes to support you to live a healthy, magical, and positive life.
All fitness levels welcome!

Equipment needed: Dumbbells (ideally 2 sets: one lighter and one medium/heavy), mini resistance band loops, and a mat
About
I am a Certified Personal Trainer (NASM-CPT). I have personally trained clients and coached group fitness classes for almost a decade. Working with me means you will be able to move and feel good at any fitness level. I modify exercises to meet you where you’re at whether that’s to make it more challenging or lower the impact.
My goal is to improve your health and fitness level so that you can live a long and injury-free life while improving your confidence and mindset through movement.
