Travel Updates
Greece reopened to full tourism on May 14 2021 provided they have been vaccinated or they can show a recent negative covid test. The official guidelines have not been released yet, but we advise you to review the following page travel.gov.gr periodically for any changes. We will keep you up to date on any changes as well.
Payment Terms
Full payment must be made within 60 days of the retreat start date. There is a $500 non-refundable deposit to reserve your spot. Prices are based per person. Double occupancy (share with another retreat guest or bring a friend/partner) or for private rooms where specified. Prices do not include flights.
In case Covid-19 travel restrictions are applied at the time of the retreat prohibiting travel to Greece, any amounts paid will be fully refundable.
Travel and Medical Insurance
Please check with your medical insurance provider on your coverage abroad. It is your responsibility to organize suitable travel and/or health insurance. You acknowledge that Eyia Retreats cannot be held liable if your lack of coverage leaves you exposed, medically, financially or otherwise.
Guest Cancellation Policy
Depending on when you cancel, cancellation fees may apply. Fees are determined by the following schedule (“the Cancellation fee schedule”):
- If you cancel 65 days or more before your retreat start date, you will be refunded the full retreat amount (less non-refundable deposit)
- If you cancel 65 days or less before your retreat start date, you will forfeit your entire payment.
Due to our need to commit to accommodation and other arrangements in advance, exceptions to our policy cannot be made for any reason. We do not offer credit for arriving late or leaving early.

Eyia Retreats Cancellation Policy
While we don’t anticipate canceling a retreat, if Eyia Retreats must cancel or change a scheduled retreat date for any reason whatsoever, you’re entitled to transfer your full retreat payment to another retreat (either scheduled or at some future time). Alternatively you may request a refund of your applicable payment.
Eyia Retreats is not responsible for your expenses incurred in preparation for any cancelled retreat such as other accommodation, airline tickets, loss of work, and/or other costs associated with preparing for your trip.
Passports, Visas, Documents
It is the responsibility of each participant to obtain a valid passport, visa(s) and necessary certificates for any country to be visited in connection with a retreat.
Booking
If you’re a solo traveler looking to book a double occupancy shared room, we will do our best to pair you with another guest. If we are unable to fill the double occupancy room, you may need to upgrade to a single occupancy room. In that case, we will do our best to give as much notice as possible.
We reserve the right to deny any guest booking at any time prior to the start date of a retreat and provide a full refund or retreat credit.
General Waiver
You acknowledge that during a retreat you participate voluntarily in any and all activities arranged by the retreat organizers, and insofar as legally permissible, surrender your right to any cause of action against Eyia Retreats arising from any loss or damage to person or property that occurs during a retreat.
You understand that as it is your responsibility to consult with a physician prior to your participation in any of the yoga classes, workouts, programs, workshops or any activity offered by Eyia Retreats. You understand the risks associated with the activities offered and agree to follow all instructions so that you may safely participate in classes, workshops, or other activities.
Limited Liability
You hereby release and forever discharge and hold harmless, Eyia Wellness and its respective affiliates, subsidiaries, licensees, instructors, volunteers, employees, sponsors, and all other persons or entities acting in any capacity on its behalf from any and all liability, claims or expenses, damages, demands, or actions of any kind (collectively, “Claims”) including, without limitation, any Claims based upon any actual or alleged personal injury, illness, death, property damage, defamation, invasion of privacy, false light, distress, misappropriation, negligent or intentional infliction of emotional distress and/or personal rights.
Privacy Policy
Any personal information collected may be used for any purpose associated with the operation of a retreat and for marketing purposes.
Photo/Video Release Form
I hereby grant to Eyia Retreats the absolute and irrevocable right and unrestricted permission to use photographic portraits / images / videos in which I feature that are taken during the course of the retreat to use / republish / copyright, etc. for commercial use in association with Eyia Retreats business. I hereby release and discharge Eyia Retreats from any and all claims and demands arising out of or in connection with the use of the photographs and video footage, including without limitation any and all claims for libel or invasion of privacy.
