“Working with Kat has been an incredible, eye-opening and successful journey. I’ve hired Kat twice now – the first time I hired her I really wanted to learn more about nutrition. I learned easy healthy habits and never looked or felt better! I carried those habits with me every day since. The second time, about two years later I had gained a lot of weight and developed some poor eating habits after fracturing my foot and becoming very inactive. We started my meal plan the same way as the previous time we worked together but I felt that something else was wrong. Kat walked me through a 2-month elimination diet and, as it turns out, I had a couple food sensitivities that were preventing me from losing weight. Since then, I’ve been so happy with my results. “I knew Kat from before I began working with her and always admired her bubbly personality and leadership. I honestly hadn’t planned on ever working with a health coach but with the pandemic and not working for a few months and eating out almost exclusively, I asked what she had to offer in her health coaching program because I was tired of feeling like crap. 8 weeks went by surprisingly fast but working with Kat is something that sticks forever. ” Pictures reveal the physical difference what eating better and working out accomplishes, but I wish I could take a picture showing the difference in my confidence level, mental health, and gastrointestinal health. When I started Katrina’s program, I had low expectations on what could be accomplished in a month. I have tried numerous workout programs, diets, and personal trainers but nothing lasted more than a week before I was frustrated and ready to give in. With Katrina, there was something I never had before: connection. After reading her posts for a few months, I took the plunge and we began talking about my concerns and she was ready to take on the challenge of my life.
